If the amount fraudulently obtained is less than $500: Punishable by a fine of up to $500, imprisonment for up to 30 days, or both.
If the amount fraudulently obtained is more than $500: Punishable by a fine of between $500 and $1,000, imprisonment for up to a year, or both. Okla. Stat. tit. 21 § 1550.2
